Group sessions are strength based and include a variety of equipment and body weight exercises for a full body workout. All exercises can be modified to make it easier or harder and all levels are welcome.

Exercises using kettle bells, slam balls, weights, TRX, boxing kit, bands and body weight.

Please bring your own mat if you don't want to get a bit dirty or sandy and of course bring lots of water - although there is drinking water in both locations.

We meet at the bottom of the steps, on the promenade just above the beach. The promenade is long. If you are looking at the sea, we will be on the left side, walking away from the loos, the surf schools and the restaurants. This session will include some running intervals and strength training and it is the perfect location for a post workout swim. Bring a mat if you don't want to get too sandy!

Parc Mazon, Biarritz

Parc Mazon is a lovely park with a traditional basque fronton where you can see and play pelote. Predominantly we meet in the fronton but I like to keep it open so if you want to bring your kids, message me and we can take the group into a contained safe space whilst you workout. Kids are there at your own risk and the session will continue at normal speed. 

This session includes lots of weights and short cardio bursts. Bring a mat if you don't want dirty hands!
